The corruption case against Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, former Speaker of South Africa’s National Assembly, has reached a dramatic turning point. As Speaker, Mapisa-Nqakula led the Section 89 inquiry investigating whether President Ramaphosa breached the constitution in the infamous Phala Phala farm scandal.
